How do I become a Dragoon?New members will have to contact officers in the guild. The officers then will contact me and I will set a time and a place for the us to meet. Also, you must leave us a message on the Message Board. This is time consumming, but we would rather this than have members who bring down the standards we worked so hard to uphold and are sworn to uphold. No one will be made a Dragoon till I meet with them, (unless told otherwise.) All members are to uphold the laws put in place, and obey their leaders. At any point members may have to put aside there personal needs for the good of the guild. They will be expected to join guild events, and participate during rescue operations. They must represent the guild in a manner that make everyone proud to carry our name. All new members are subject to a trial period of one month where they will be monitored to see there participation and loyalty to the group. During this time members may be dropped from the guild no questions asked. Back to TopHow does one become a Lord (Officer)Officers are choosen the way they have been choosen through out history. They are inducted by the court of Lords by way of unnanimus vote. They must be loyal to their leader. Ready to fall apon a sword to save him or her liege. They must be ready to uphold the laws and keep order in the land. They must be Heros of great many battles. They must be the devoted servants of the people. This means they are not Rude, they listen calmly and crush problem as fast as they were created. They will be the the big brothers and sisters of the guild and are the most knowledgable of their class. They are shining individuals in the world of Norrath. When someone is in need of serious help, they will lend out there services for the good of the guild. They are my eyes and ears in the world, for my Knights are scattered through out the world on missions of faith and justice. When the time comes to be a knight embrace it, for you are of my blood. Back to TopWhat is respectRespect is a very important thing in the lives of people. Respect is about listening to others and letting them talk when they have something to say. It's about playing nice with others even if they don't belong to your guild or group. It's about learning how to talk at a mature level, with out the curse words, remember that there are children present also. It's about taking yourself seriously and being the best that you can be. When you see someone on a mob, you should not Kill Steal. Kill Stealing is not Authorized and is not at all playing by the PLAY NICE RULES OF THE GAME. Also remember that we are a guild, and therefor you actions are a direct reflection of this guild. Making this guild look bad by Kill Stealing , use of foul language, disrespect to another Member or Officer is grounds for dismissal. Back to TopThere is a NO Begging PolicyThis means, No Begging period! This guild prides itself on being the best that they can be, and you should also see yourself this way. If you need something or want something, you should ask on how you may aquire it. No one whats to be hounded by you asking, Can you get me a ________? If you need something, I'm sure that those able to aquire what you need will make you an offer, or just give it to you if they don't need it. It is fine to say, "Has anyone ever come across this______, I've been looking for it." You most time with this may find that a guild mate can help you with it, but if they can't at the moment, don't keep harrasing them about it. The other thing is Pover leveling? Please do not ask, for this. Remember that every one is trying to achieve the same goal. It is not fair to them to have to spend time with you if they are on a quest, or mission. We are working on developing a way to emplement Power leveling in a manner that helps out the whole group. Back to TopCan I have multiple characters in the guild?Although this is something I myself try not doing, I see nothing wrong if it will benefit the guild as a whole. I have seen in the past that this has been an issue but I will not stop it from happening. However, for those of you that are Officers, new characters will not be made officers. Your first character will be the officer in the guild. Back to TopWhat if I'm in multiple guildsWell, let me answer that like this. Would you consider leaving them for us. Why do you need two guilds. If you are in a relationship with someone, do you want them cheating on you? Again, why are you wasting your time on two different characters, lack of concentration? Be loyal to your guild, and your guild will be loyal to you. Again, participation in the guild is important and is a large factor in the final decision for dismissal and/or Higher Status within the guild. Back to TopGuild EventsAll members that are in game, must attatend Guild Events, such as Raids, Weddings, Meetings, Rescue Missions( if instructed to do so) unless told told otherwise, by the Guild Leader or by the counsel of the Lords ( officers. ) Anyone caught not at a Guild Event while online will be dealt with according to the rules of conduct. The excuse, "I didn't know," will not be a reason to miss an event. Event are posted in advance on the forum. If you can not support these event, or your guild by attending the Events, DO NOT look for support from this guild. If you are have a valid excuse for missing the event, (Emergency Situations, account problems, ect.,) this will be a valid reason for missing a Guild Event. Again, don't turn on and think we aren't watching and your getting XP somewhere else. Also note, the excuse," I was hunting and lost my body," 15 minutes prior to an Event, will not be accepted as a valid excuse. You know the date, time, and place of event, make preperations to be there on time. This has been an issue that we have been fighting with since the beginning of the guild and we have tossed people right on there Arse for this. This is a written Notice to all in this guild.
